Plan-it begin extensive refurbishment of 18th century Manor House in Swinley, Wigan. Plan-it Construction Ltd have just been commissioned to substantially refurbish one of the most prestigious homes in Wigan. Over 3000sq ft of beautiful Victorian architecture. Plan-it was one of 3 building contractors named for the tender process and after 3 months of discussions, Plan-it Construction Ltd was named the principal building contractor to carry out the impressive refurbishment and modernisation. The project is scheduled to take 20 weeks and is to appear in the  BBC's latest Empty Homes series, airing later next year.

Plan-it Construction Ltd is the 100th Member of Wigan Council’s Good Trader Scheme, we have now fully completed the strict process of acceptance into the Good Traders Scheme.

In being included within the Scheme, we have received EXCELLENCE rating from all our 2009 customers for “excellent customer feedback and service quality”.
