Two storey side and single storey extension, to include new WC Cloak room, new garage, new large kitchen – dining room at ground floor level, new large master bedroom with ensuite to first floor. Additional Services: new central heating system, under floor heating to kitchen – diner area, installation of electric roller shutter garage door  and electric Velux skylights, full re-roof upgrade, ensuite and cloak room installation, lime stone floor tiling, external landscaping design.
 
Particular emphasis was placed on quality construction methods to make sure the extension was perfectly matched to the existing property.
