First Floor Extension - Case Study

Project Description

This first floor extension took 16 weeks to complete and included the removal of the garage roof, installation of two steel RSJ beams, the first floor cavity wall construction, new roof structure with internal vaulted ceilings to provide additional space. Particular emphasis was placed on making the new extension match the existing property so that you never really notice it is an extension in the first place. We believe we achieved this perfectly. The project included a new ensuite to the new master bedroom, joinery works, tiling, plastering, electrical installations, plumbing and heating and window installation.
