Sure stop water switches
Brass stop taps can easily scale up, seize and fail, especially in hard water areas this can be difficult for most people but if you have arthritis or any other condition that leaves the hands weakened if can be even harder to turn the spot tap off when there is a leak thus increasing the cost of water damage caused. Stop taps are usually located in difficult to reach areas too making it even more of a problem if you are not able bodied. The sure stop water switch can provide a push button to cut the water off and it can be located at an easy to reach point, it requires no batteries or electricity as it works off the water pipe thus making turning the water off as simple as flicking the lights off.
Kitchen worktops
Kitchen worktops are normally fitted at a height that are not suitable to wheelchair users, Plan-It Construction can help design, supply and install worktops and kitchen units that are suitable and easy to access for wheelchair users allowing people to live independently.
Hearing Aids
To remain independent and in your own home is what most people want and take for granted. Plan-It Construction can work with those individuals who need a little help with this.
We are preferred installers of hearing aid devices for those who want to stay in their own homes but find it hard to hear everyday sounds such as the telephone, the doorbell or the alarm clock.
The pager below is an example of one of the devices we offer, it is a small vibrating pager that you can put in your pocket or clip to the side of your belt or skirt. When a signal is received, the pager will vibrate (for 30 seconds) and illuminate a symbol (for 60 seconds), advising you what has been activated e.g. the doorbell, the telephone, etc. Call the office to see what other hearing aids we can offer.
