House Extension - St Helens, Laffak Road

Project Description

We were instructed to construct an extension above an existing converted garage, the architects drawings were designed to include a new master bedroom with en-suite shower room. The project was 9 weeks long including the interior installations.

Whilst on the project our role was to construct the exterior shell as the client had different contractors to complete the internal fit out, however, during the project the client was let down by her interior fit out contractors, so we were asked to complete the entire project externally and internally. The client was so pleased with our work we were asked to complete her rear landscaping.

Our services included

Demolition, below ground drainage, foundation ground works and civil engineering, structural installations, roof installation, cavity wall construction, joinery works, tiling, plastering, electrical installations, plumbing and heating, landscaping and UPVc window installation.
