Plan-it Construction Ltd is CHAS accredited meaning we hold and carry-out exceptional Health and Safety standards and construction practice; we are also an affiliated member of Construction skills which means that all our staff are fully trained in the most up to date construction health and safety and construction technique.

Our Services:

We offer a large number of additional services such as full design and build construction packages, where we produce designs for planning and building regulation approvals, build using our construction team as nominated Main Contractor, project manage and produce all required documentation in accordance with current CDM Regulations and requirements.

We can also be used as a sub-contractor basis to carrying out individual or multiple constructions roles within a specific construction project.
