Plan-it Constructions' Painting & Decorating services are provided by our own professional painters and decorators. We offer the full range of decorating services for homes, offices and large commercial projects.

With a focus on providing a high quality service to both commercial and residential clients, our skilled professionals can be the answer to your decorating needs.

Plan-It Construction can deal with all your decorating requirements whether that be simply touching up existing paint work or painting a whole house. Our team is also skilled in hanging wallpaper ranging from simple lining paper to high quality vinyl, silk and patterned paper. Our decorating services are performed with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience and the maximum attention to detail.

Painting and decorating can of course be included in all of our build and refurbishment projects.

Internal Decorating Services

Repairing water damage

Plaster Board

Plaster skimming

Removal of Wallpaper – Hanging lining paper and almost all pattern wallpaper.

Prime any bare plastering.

Two coats of vinyl matt/eco paint, client specified

Internal Woodwork

Sand down and make good all required woodwork surface(s)

Repair and fill any cracks, nail holes or any overt superficial surface discrepancies.

First coat: primer undercoat and staining (for wood)

Varnish & Sealant

Second coats: eggshell/satinwood/gloss finish, client specified

External Decorating Services

Remove flaking parts, make good and address damp areas.

Address surfaces and fill cracks with cement-based fillers.

Seal it with stabiliser solution.

Paint masonry with Weathershield masonry paint.

Pebble Dash solutions available

External Woodwork

Sand down the entire joinery.

Blowtorch windows where needed.

Repair all cracks, holes, blemishes and flaking paint, using Epoxy Resin fillers.

Address rotten wood and do minor carpentry.

Paint primer/undercoat. (Weathershield optional)

Paint gloss finish. (Weathershield optional)
