Production Management Services

Production of Bills Of Quantities

Materials Schedule

Provide Building Works Programme and co-ordinate with nominated building contractor to finalise actual project build schedule

Produce tender documents with coordination with your nominated Architectural Consultants and Structural Engineers

Assist contract procurement routes

Provide site meetings and progress reports - weekly, fortnightly or monthly dependant on client requirements

Provide inspections and coordinate with your nominated building contractor and local authority building inspector

We offer a large number of additional services such as full design and build construction packages, where we produce designs for planning and building regulation approvals, build using our construction team, project manager and general site feasibility reports. Our fees can be either hourly or percentage based dependant on our clients individual brief.

Current hourly rates*:

From £35.00 plus vat per hour

40p per mile for site visits and inspections

Percentage Fee Scales*:

10,000 to 50,000 - 7.5% fee charge

51,000 to 125,000 - 5% fee charge

126,000 to 250,000 - 3.5% fee charge

251,000 + - 3% fee charge
