Exterior Restoration - Case Study

Project Description

This commercial case study was to refurbish the entire external elevations of the building, which included removing and installing over 350 bricks to the ground floor level that had become eroded and some had been damaged in a car crash incident. Our job was to remove the bricks and remain the buildings structural integrity and with our clients being structural engineer consultants this was of paramount importance. Our clients main aim was to bring the building back to life.

Our services included: Structural works, exterior brick acid cleaning, grid out and re-pointing works, new fascia and guttering, exterior decorating and new signage.
